Product Description

Medical-Grade Power Strip Approved for Patient Care Vicinities

The PS-415-HG-OEMLM features four NEMA 5-15R-HG "green dot" hospital-grade outlets that supply power to equipment mounted to IV poles, mobile carts, crash carts and mobile medical workstations inside and outside patient care vicinities. Compliant with UL 1363A specifications, this power strip can be used in patient rooms, operating rooms, therapy rooms, dialysis rooms, labs, and assisted living and home health environments.

Monitor Your Power Load to Remain Within NFPA 99 Guidelines

This power strip features an electronic two-digit load monitor that lets you know if the strip is close to reaching or exceeding National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99 standards ("The sum of the ampacity of all appliances connected to the outlets does not exceed 75 percent of the ampacity of the flexible cord supplying the outlets."). If the rated cord current exceeds the NFPA 99 limit, the load monitor flashes and switches colors to catch your attention from a distance without creating alarm fatigue.

Antimicrobial Protection Helps Provide a Safer, Cleaner and Healthier Work Environment

The Safe-IT™ power strip features antimicrobial protection that helps resist the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold and mildew.

Premium Safety Features Help Ensure Proper Power Connections

With no central power switch, this power strip presents no danger of accidental shutoff and cutting off power to essential devices. Two resettable circuit breakers will shut down all AC input if the power strip determines the connected equipment load is drawing too much power. Plastic safety covers block access to unused outlets.

Ready for Installation in Demanding Medical Environments

The 15-foot (4.6-meter) cord with NEMA 5-15P-HG "green dot" plug connects to a wall outlet. Built-in mounting flanges let you install the durable all-metal housing on any mobile cart or IV pole (using PSCLAMP, sold separately) for distributing power to movable rack-, table- and pedestal-mounted equipment. Scan the Easy Asset QR code on the side of the power strip to access product resources and other critical information.
