Orders & Shipping
• We start processing your order right after you place it, and we ship exactly what you ordered. Your order is usually shipped the same business day from our closest regional warehouse to your location for fastest delivery. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays. For special order products and vendor drop ship orders, please allow a few extra business days to ship and delivery.
• We ship only within the continental United States, Puerto Rico and Alaska from our national warehouse system. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico or anywhere overseas.
• We do not ship to APO's, PO Boxes or freight forwarders.
• All orders are screened for fraud. Any fraudulent order attempts are sent to and investigated by Law Enforcement.
• Overweight and/or oversized item(s) such as displays/TV's over 40", certain printers, power, network storage equipment, and other products cannot ship regular ground, 2 day, 3 day or Next Day methods. They require LTL freight service, which costs more than the regular Fedex shipping choices shown during checkout. When this occurs, we will contact you by sending a payable invoice requesting to you pay the additional shipping cost.
* Unlike Amazon and some other e-tailers, we do not charge sales tax for most states. If sales tax is displayed on your order, you are in a state sales tax is charged.
• You do not need to buy any annual extra membership to receive fast timely delivery of in stock products and sometimes we deliver faster than Amazon.
• SystemsDirect.com utilizes major carriers such as Fedex and UPS.
• SystemsDirect.com's Shipping Hours are: Monday through Friday. No shipping on weekends and on certain major holidays (see Contact Us).
• We will send your order purchase receipt by email right after placing your order, as well as a shipping tracking number email within 24 hours of order shipment.
• In some instances, we may ship your order(s) using a different carrier then what you selected on your order due to factors, such as heavy product weights, warehouse location and other factors.
• We pride ourselves on on fast and accurate delivery, however, we do not guarantee and are not liable for exact delivery times due to weather, our warehouse cut-off times to ship, carrier operations, Acts of God, or for any other reason beyond our control. Therefore there are no shipping cost refunds if your shipment is delivered later than any scheduled date.
• If there are any issues or problems, for example, credit, product availability, shipping address, etc, we will contact you immediately the same business day or early the next business day before processing and shipping your order.
