" I recently had an emergency for a live stream that depended on the USB hubs from SIIG and only those hubs. Changes to windows OS seemed to have made our standard Weme hubs ineffective for the job coming up.
I saw a great price at SystemsDirect on the merchandise I needed but with only the exact number of days for ground shipping I thought it would arrive just in time. However, the product needed to come from SIIG and that was going to take a few more days to get out.
Sales was immediately in touch with me shortly after I placed the order in which I mentioned I needed the product in just three day. David from Sales realized it was not going to get there in time and worked the entire day to get SIIG on the phone to make other shipping arrangements. By the end of the day he finally was able to make contact and change the shipping order for next day delivery.
Not only did I receive my product at under cost but also at reduced cost to change the order to overnight shipping. My company depends on knowledgeable and responsive order shipment that covers a wide degree of items I may need on the fly. I feel I found a company that I can rely on."

I noticed they had no filament in stock, however they contacted me later using my order info to state that filament could be pre-ordered. After i accepted their offer, they emailed me a list of colors and types for me to pick from, and i responded to the email of witch ones i wanted. We ran into a small website bug for the payment on the filament, but was quickly worked out using PayPal, though after the payment request was sent, PayPal took its sweet time notifying me that i have a request, that isn't a typical issue however, possible that PayPal may have been having issues at the moment, or was a problem on my end. Customer service is very kind, like talking to a friend, and will work out any issues or concerns you have as long as you provide detailed information, you can very much trust SystemsDirect.com."

I ordered a Toslink Premium cable which ended up falling out of my TV connection, therefore I needed a slim toslink cable. (who knew) I went to return it and it would cost me about the same as the cable itself. so long story short, they didn't work well with me to return the item. I bought the slim line cable elsewhere. Great company though. Just my luck getting stuck with something I will never use.”
